Hi, I am Keith Willis

As a youth growing up in the South Suburbs of Chicago, I was always a big reader intrigued by history and how the best people performed. I wanted to understand their challenges and the strategies that they used to have top performance. As a young Army Officer, I worked with some of the best and brightest our country had to offer building teams that consistently rose to the challenge. I took those experiences to Corporate America where I began to utilize various technologies to enhance team performance within sales, sales leadership, operations, market access and sales training. I was fortunate to work with several pharmaceutical companies to include Ciba Geigy, Janssen Pharmaceutica, Wyeth, Pfizer, Otsuka and BMS. I was fortunate to be a top sales rep, a high performing Sales Manager and a training leader building out organizational capabilities.

I learned that when you invite people to be partners in coming up with solutions and leverage their strengths that you develop phenomenal teams with dynamic performance. Running my own company and consulting with the Brooks Group has given me a vast amount of experience working with a variety of clients to come up with unique solutions to improve their performance.  My experience and education uniquely qualify me to help your company prepare for success. 

Are your employees disengaged?

Do you have employees who lack natural curiosity, can’t seem to think for themselves or just seem to be going through the motions? Maybe they’re disengaged?

In a recent Gallup study, “53% of workers are in the “not engaged” category. They may be generally satisfied but are not cognitively and emotionally connected to their work and workplace.” While engagement is at an all-time high at 34%, and those who are actively disengaged is at an all-time low at 13%; the impact on business is devastating. Companies with engaged employees are more profitable than those with disengaged employees.
